We are currently accepting sponsorships from anyone who has a business and would like to showcase the product(s) at the event. $500 gets you 4 tickets and a space for 4 x 8 table which you must furnish yourself.

The Double M Western Store is located off exit 12(RT67) of I87 approximately 1/2 mile west of the exit on the right hand side.

There will hamburgers and hot dogs and other snacks for sale throughout the entire day.
There will also be a separate beer garden....must be 21......no alcohol is allowed in the arena area
There will be items for sale and a silent action.....proceeds to Susan G. Komen

You can bring lawn chairs and blankets .....NO COOLERS ARE ALLOWED

Ok, the first 2 months have gone by like a flash, which is pretty scary. 4 months away and so much to do. Here is my first official cry for help. If any knows of or can help me find people who would like to donate to the silent auction please let me know. Also, if anyone knows of any company who would like to donate in the corporate section and have a space at the event to show off their products, please me know.

Advanced tickets sales are recommended to ensure everyone who attends receives their event t-shirt and also because space is limited.

Description of the event

This event is to raise money for the NENY Affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure.

Tickets prices are $50 for adults and $30 for children (5-12). This includes the concert, barbacue(starting around 4pm), rodeo and a event t-shirt to commemorate the day.

It will be held July the 17th at the Double M Western Store in Ballston Spa NY. It will feature Nashville recording artist and writer of the top10 hit single by Rodney Atkins " 15 Minutes". Local favorite Branchwater will be the opening act starting at 2pm and Jamie will play from 3pm til approx. 5:30pm. Followed by Double M's rodeo around 8pm.
There will be a full day of festivities including things for kids and adults alike. There will be a silent auction along with a 50/50 raffle. There will also be "stuff" related to breast cancer awareness for sale.
