Tickets reduced

We have reduced the ticket prices for adults to $45 in hope of getting people to purchase their tickets now. This price is good until July 1st.....Tickets will be $50 after July 1st..... Please help support this great cause whether your a CM fan or not....It is not about the music it is about raising money...THANK YOU ALL FOR YOUR SUPPORT

We are currently accepting sponsorships from anyone who has a business and would like to showcase the product(s) at the event. $500 gets you 4 tickets and a space for 4 x 8 table which you must furnish yourself.

The Double M Western Store is located off exit 12(RT67) of I87 approximately 1/2 mile west of the exit on the right hand side.

There will hamburgers and hot dogs and other snacks for sale throughout the entire day.
There will also be a separate beer garden....must be 21......no alcohol is allowed in the arena area
There will be items for sale and a silent action.....proceeds to Susan G. Komen

You can bring lawn chairs and blankets .....NO COOLERS ARE ALLOWED

Ok, the first 2 months have gone by like a flash, which is pretty scary. 4 months away and so much to do. Here is my first official cry for help. If any knows of or can help me find people who would like to donate to the silent auction please let me know. Also, if anyone knows of any company who would like to donate in the corporate section and have a space at the event to show off their products, please me know.
